Section 170-297-4635 - Handwashing sinks(1) For any program that does not operate on public or private school premises, handwashing facilities must be located in or immediately outside of: (a) Rooms used for toileting; and(b) Areas used for food preparation.(2) Soap and warm water must be provided at each hand-washing sink, as well as: (a) Disposable paper towels; or(b) A heated-air hand-drying device with heat guards to prevent contact with surfaces that get hotter than one hundred twenty degrees Fahrenheit.(3) Handwashing procedures must be posted at each handwashing sink.Wash.
