Section 170-296A-4050 - No smoking(1) As required by chapter 70.160 RCW, the licensee must, under the following conditions, prohibit smoking by anyone during operating hours:(b) In any outdoor or indoor licensed space;(c) Within twenty-five feet from any entrance, exit, window, or ventilation intake of the home; or(d) In motor vehicles while transporting children.(2) The licensee must keep tobacco products, cigarettes and containers holding cigarette butts, cigar butts, or ashes inaccessible to the children.Wash.
