Section 170-295-4080 - When should I begin toilet training a child?

Toilet training is initiated with consultation with parents:

(1) Using positive reinforcement;

(2) Cultural sensitivity;

(3) Not using foods as a reinforcement; and

(4) Following a routine established between the parent and you.
