Section 162-40-231 - Exemption for special purpose credit program

Any credit program that qualifies as a special purpose credit program under the provisions of 12 C.F.R. § 202.8 is exempt from these regulations to the extent these regulations are inconsistent with the provisions of 12 C.F.R. § 202.8.
