Section 16-752-620 - Prohibited acts

It is prohibited to transport, buy, sell, offer for sale, or to distribute plants or plant parts of the regulated species listed in WAC 16-752-610 into or within the state of Washington or to sell, offer for sale, or distribute seed packets of the seed, flower seed blends, or wild-flower mixes of these regulated species into or within the state of Washington.
