Section 16-309-070 - Laboratory personnel performing moderate complexity testingPersonnel performing moderate complexity testing must be qualified on the basis of education, training, experience and demonstrated skills, and must meet the following minimum requirements:
(1) Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent;(2) Have documented training to perform the test;(3) Have the skills required for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration procedures related to each test performed;(4) Have the skills required to implement the quality control policies and procedures of the laboratory;(5) Have the awareness of factors that influence test results;(6) Be evaluated for competencies to perform the test by someone who is already qualified to perform the test;(7) Be approved by the scientific director to perform the test.Wash.
