Section 16-301-280 - Annual bluegrass quarantine-Procedure for clearing

Each person moving, shipping or transporting seed stock within or into the annual blue-grass quarantine regulated area must:

(1) Submit an official laboratory analysis of a representative sample showing freedom from annual bluegrass; or
(2) Submit a representative sample for testing.
