Section 16-465-050 - Disposition(1) Lots of potato planting stock officially determined to be infected with bacterial ring rot shall not be used for propagation purposes and will be disposed of in the following manners. (a) Processing plant.(b) Fresh consumption.(c) Diverted outside of state of Washington at growers expense and discretion, if not grown in state of Washington.(d) Disposition by burning.
