Section 16-414-110 - Size requirements for all grades of Washington sulphured whole cherries
(1) The following table lists the standard sizes for all grades of Washington whole sulphured cherries.

SIZE DESIGNATION

SIZE RANGE

Extra small

14 mm to and including 16 mm

Small

16 mm to and including 18 mm

Medium

18 mm to and including 20 mm

Large

20 mm to and including 22 mm

Extra large

22 mm and over

(2) The following tolerances are allowed:
(a) Five percent for cherries that fail to meet the specified minimum diameter; and
(b) Ten percent for cherries that fail to meet the specified maximum diameter.
