Section 16-252-148 - Current good manufacturing practices and hazard analysis and risk-based preventive controls The department adopts the following as current good manufacturing practices:
(1) The requirements of 21 C.F.R. Part 507 - Current good manufacturing practice, hazard analysis, and risk-based preventive controls for food for animals.(2) The requirements of 21 C.F.R. Part 113 - Thermally processed low-acid foods packaged in hermetically sealed containers.(3) The regulations and requirements governing emergency permit control in 21 C.F.R. Part 108.Wash. Admin. Code § 16-252-148
