Section 137-56-080 - Plan-Approval or denial(1) The supervisor/manager or designee's or program established committee screening decision will be documented by the supervisor/manager or designee in the individual's electronic file indicating the action taken.(2) Approved individuals will be placed in the program based on individual needs. Disapproved individuals can obtain the reasons for the denial, as documented in the individual's electronic file.(3) An individual who is denied placement in a reentry center or graduated reentry program will be reviewed by a headquarters committee who will uphold, modify, or overturn the denial.Wash.
