Section 135-110-760 - Conservation commission canvasses returns, determines compliance, announces winners(1) The conservation commission must canvass the returns of conservation district elections to verify election results and to determine if the election was properly conducted according to the requirements in these procedures.(2) The conservation commission must announce the official election results for each conservation district election the conservation commission has certified as being substantially in compliance with this rule. The conservation commission may decline to announce the official results of elections found not to be substantially in compliance with this rule.(3) Action at any other time will be for short terms of office or for any other reason that the conservation commission deems such later action to be necessary.Wash.
