The vice-president for administrative services, or designee, is authorized to make and erect signs, barricades, and other structures and to paint marks and other directions upon the streets, entry/exits, and roadways for the regulation of traffic and parking upon the various public lands devoted to, operated by, or maintained by the college. Drivers of vehicles shall observe and obey all the signs, barricades, structures, markings and directions given them by the campus security officer in the control and regulation of traffic and parking.
