Section 132S-300-205 - Enforcement(1) Enforcement of the parking rules and regulations in this chapter are subject to enforcement from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Friday, except on legal holidays as identified in WAC 132S-05-015. However, at the residence hall(s), parking rules and regulations in this chapter are subject to enforcement at all times. (2) The vice president of administrative services or designee shall be responsible for the enforcement of the rules and regulations contained in this chapter and may issue fines or penalties as described in this chapter. The vice president of administrative services is hereby authorized to delegate this responsibility to the campus security officers or other designees.Wash. Admin. Code § 132S-300-205
