Section 132S-100-437 - Sexual misconduct appeal procedures(1) A party may appeal a sexual misconduct disciplinary decision for review according to the procedures as stated in this code of conduct by filing a written request for appeal with the office of the VPSS within twenty-one days of the notification of the disciplinary decision.(2) The college shall notify the other party of the appeal and provide that party an opportunity to respond to the appeal.(3) Failure to file a timely notice of appeal constitutes a waiver of this right and the disciplinary decision shall become final.Wash.
