The chief administrative officer, or designee, is authorized to make and erect signs, barricades, and other structures and to paint marks and other directions upon the streets, entry/exits, and roadways for the regulation of traffic and parking upon the various public lands devoted to, operated by, or maintained by the college. Drivers shall observe and obey all the signs, barricades, structures, markings, and directions given them by the campus authorities in the control and regulation of traffic and parking.
