Section 132H-116-065 - Enforcement(1) The vice president of administrative services is responsible for parking and traffic management on campus. The director of public safety has the authority to enforce all college parking and traffic rules and regulations and to delegate that authority.(2) Parking rules and regulations will be enforceable throughout the calendar year on a 24-hour daily basis.Wash.
