Section 132E-122-390 - Summary suspension - Appeal(1) A student has the right to appeal a summary suspension to the student conduct committee and may do so if: (a) The student has been officially notified in writing of the outcome of the summary suspension hearing;(b) Summary suspension or other disciplinary action has been upheld; and(c) The student's appeal conforms to the procedures prescribed in this chapter.(2) The student conduct committee shall conduct a formal hearing as expeditiously as possible and appropriate.Wash.
