Section 110-147-1660 - What qualifications must adoption services staff meet?(1) Your agency must have staff serving in the roles of executive director, program manager, and case managers as identified in WAC 110-147-1440 through 110-148-1490.(2) Staff may serve in multiple roles, but must meet the qualifications of each program role.(3) Agencies providing intercountry adoptions must also have an individual on staff with experience in providing intercountry adoptions.Wash.
