Section 9VAC5-91-630 - Minor violationsA. Although they may not necessarily directly affect emissions reduction effectiveness, minor violations are considered to be serious enough to influence the overall effectiveness of the Motor Vehicle Emissions Control Program, and pertain to station operations, quality assurance, quality control, unacceptable security of documents and records, maintenance of certain required equipment and systems, emissions repair efficiency and such other items as are necessary to maintain program uniformity, and to ensure the ability to function as a permittee, licensee or certified emissions repair technician or facility.B. A violation of any provision of this chapter not previously listed under subsections B, C and D of 9VAC5-91-620 shall constitute a minor violation, as they pertain to a permittee, licensee, or certified emissions repair technician or facility, unless the director determines that the violation is a major violation in accordance with subsection F of 9VAC5-91-620.9 Va.
