Section 9VAC5-540-90 - Requirements for granting an authorization to operate under the general permitA. The department may grant an authorization to operate under the general permit for an affected unit that meets the applicability criteria in 9VAC5-540-40 and the operating limitations in 9VAC5-540-170.B.
