Section 9VAC5-520-120 - Granting an authorization to construct and test under the general permitA. The department may grant authorization to construct and test under the conditions and terms of the general permit to sources that meet the applicability criteria set forth in 9VAC5-520-40.B. Granting an authorization to construct and test under the general permit to a facility covered by the general permit is not subject to the public participation procedures under 9VAC5-80-1170.9 Va.
