The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations promulgated at Subpart MMMM (Emission Guidelines and Compliance Times for Existing Sewage Sludge Incineration Units) of 40 CFR Part 60 and designated in subsection B of this section are incorporated by reference into this article.
