Section 9VAC25-875-380 - Purpose

The purpose of this part is to guide the issuance of certifications required by §§ 62.1-44.15:52E and 62.1-44.15:53 of the Code of Virginia (ESCL) and § 62.1-44.15:30 of the Code of Virginia (VESMA).
