Section 9VAC25-875-1380 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Fee schedules for municipal separate storm sewer system new permit issuance

The following fee schedule applies to permit applications for issuance of a new individual municipal separate storm sewer system permit or coverage under a MS4 General Permit. All regulated MS4s that apply for joint coverage under an individual permit or general permit registration shall each pay the appropriate fees set out in the following table.

Municipal Stormwater / MS4 Individual (Large and Medium)	$16,000
Municipal Stormwater / MS4 Individual (Small)	$8,000
Municipal Stormwater / MS4 General Permit (Small)	$4,000
