Section 9VAC25-875-810 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Technical criteria and requirements for state or federal projectsA. Erosion and sediment control and stormwater management plans prepared for state projects shall comply with the technical criteria outlined in this part and any locality's VESCP or VESMP authority's technical requirements adopted pursuant to §§ 62.1-44.15:28 and 62.1-44.15:52 of the Code of Virginia.B. The department may establish criteria for selecting either the site or a planning area on which to apply the water quality criteria.9 Va. Admin. Code § 25-875-810
