Section 9VAC25-870-106 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2024] Additional requirements for VSMP authoritiesA. A locality's VSMP authority shall adopt ordinances, and other VSMP authorities shall provide program documentation, that ensure compliance with the requirements set forth in 9VAC25-870-460 L.B. The locality's VSMP authority shall adopt ordinances, and other VSMP authorities shall provide program documentation, at least as stringent as the provisions of the General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater from Construction Activities.9 Va.
