Section 9VAC25-870-30 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2024] Applicability

This chapter is applicable to:

1. Every VSMP authority that administers a VSMP;

2. The department in its oversight of VSMPs or in its administration of the Virginia Stormwater Management Program;

3. Every MS4 program;

4. Every state agency project regulated and every federal entity project covered under the Act and this chapter; and

5. Every land-disturbing activity regulated under § 62.1-44.15:34 of the Code of Virginia unless otherwise exempted in § 62.1-44.15:34B.
