Section 9VAC25-850-20 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2024] Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to guide the issuance of certificates of competence required by §§ 62.1-44.15:52E and 62.1-44.15:53 of the ESC Act and § 62.1-44.15:30 of the SWM Act.
