Section 9VAC25-151-350 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Sector AB - Transportation equipment, industrial, or commercial machineryA. Discharges covered under this section. The requirements listed under this section apply to stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity from transportation equipment and industrial or commercial machinery manufacturing facilities commonly described by SIC Codes 3511-3599, except SIC Codes 3571-3579.B. SWPPP requirements. In addition to the requirements of Part III, the SWPPP shall include, at a minimum, the following item: Site description. The site map shall identify where any of the following may be exposed to precipitation or surface runoff: vents and stacks from metal processing and similar operations.
C. Benchmark monitoring and reporting requirements. Transportation equipment manufacturing facilities are required to monitor their stormwater discharges for the pollutants of concern listed in Table 350. Table 350 Sector AB - Benchmark Monitoring Requirements |
