Section 9VAC25-151-340 - [Effective until 7/1/2024] Sector AA - Fabricated metal productsA. Discharges covered under this section. The requirements listed under this section apply to stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity from the following fabricated metals industries, except for electrical related industries: fabricated metal products, except machinery and transportation equipment, SIC Codes 3411-3471, 3479, and 3482-3499; and jewelry, silverware, and plated ware, SIC Codes 3911-3915.B. Benchmark monitoring and reporting requirements. Metal fabricating facilities are required to monitor their stormwater discharges for the pollutants of concern listed in Table 340.
