Section 9VAC20-85-180 - Administrative procedures

The administrative procedures associated with the submission of the variance petition, its processing and resolution will be accomplished in accordance with the requirements of Part VII (9VAC20-81-700 et seq.) of the Solid Waste Management Regulations.
