Section 6VAC15-40-720 - Inmates confined to jail

Written policy, procedure, and practice for those inmates to be confined in the jail shall address the following:

1. Shower/search;

2. Issuance of clean clothing/hygiene items/linen;

3. Classification and housing assignment;

4. Orientation; and

5. Provision of mattresses.
