Section 4VAC50-85-30 - Certificates of competenceA. This chapter applies to any individual seeking a certificate of competence as described in § 10.1-104.2 of the Code of Virginia.B. Certificates of competence shall be issued by the department to certified nutrient management planners. The department may issue distinct classifications of certification based on areas of specialty, including agriculture and urban agronomic practices.4 Va. Admin. Code § 50-85-30
