Section 4VAC20-10-20 - Devices and seasons; Broad and Linkhorn Bays

It shall be unlawful to use a haul seine, gill net, or stationary net of any kind, in the waters of Broad and Linkhorn Bays during the months of December, January, February, March and April of each year.
