Section 22VAC40-151-260 - Staff supervision

The provider shall develop and implement written policies and procedures regarding the supervision of staff, volunteers, contractors and students/interns. These policies and procedures shall include:

1. Type of supervision;

2. Frequency of supervision; and

3. How the supervision will be documented.
