Section 22VAC30-40-120 - Mandatory reporting

The HRRC shall submit to the Governor, the General Assembly, and the commissioner or his designee at least annually a report on the human subjects research projects reviewed and approved by the HRRC, including any significant deviations from the proposals as approved.
