Section 22VAC30-120-160 - Responsibilities of adults in adult foster careA. Adults receiving care shall follow the rules of the provider unless these rules are in violation of an adult's rights.B. Adults receiving care, the local department, or the adult's responsible person, if applicable, shall give two weeks written notice of the intent to leave the placement.C. Adults receiving care or the adult's responsible person, if applicable, shall notify providers if there are changes in the adult's health status.22 Va. Admin. Code § 30-120-160
