Section 22VAC25-10-100 - SettlementA. When the director determines that there is reasonable cause to believe that an unlawful discriminatory practice has occurred or is occurring, the director shall endeavor to eliminate such practice by informal methods of conference, conciliation and negotiation.B. When conciliation or negotiated settlement is successful, the terms of the agreement shall be reduced to writing and signed by the complainant, respondent and the director within 10 working days of the agreement.22 Va.
