Section 2VAC5-90-30 - Poultry flock requirements

All poultry flocks from which hatching eggs are set in any Virginia hatchery must be in compliance with the current pullorum-typhoid provisions of the National Poultry Improvement Plan for Breeding Poultry ( 9 CFR 145.1 through 145.54) .
