Section 18VAC85-50-40 - General requirementsA. No person shall practice as a physician assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia except as provided in this chapter.B. Except as provided in § 54.1-2952 C of the Code of Virginia, all services rendered by a physician assistant shall be performed only in accordance with a practice agreement with one or more doctors of medicine, osteopathy, or podiatry licensed by this board to practice in the Commonwealth.18 Va.
