Section 18VAC48-45-180 - Narrative sections; creation of time-share program

The public offering statement shall contain a section captioned "Creation of the Time-Share Program." The section shall briefly explain the manner in which the time-share program was or will be created, the locality wherein the time-share instrument will be or has been recorded, and the procedure for its amendment.
