Section 18VAC41-50-150 - License renewal requiredA. Tattooer licenses, tattoo parlor licenses, tattooing instructors certificates, tattooing schools licenses, permanent cosmetic tattooer licenses, master permanent cosmetic tattooer licenses, permanent cosmetic tattoo salon licenses, permanent cosmetic tattooing instructor certificate, and permanent cosmetic tattooing schools licenses shall expire two years from the last day of the month in which they were issued.B. Guest tattooer licenses will expire 14 days after the effective date of the license and may not be renewed.18 Va. Admin. Code § 41-50-150
