Section 18VAC110-20-790 - Procedures for disposing of donated prescription drugsA. A drug donation site in possession of donated prescription drugs ineligible for redispensing shall dispose of such drugs in compliance with 18VAC110-20-210.B. A drug donation site shall maintain records of disposal or transfer for disposal of donated prescription drugs separately from other pharmacy disposal records.18 Va. Admin. Code § 110-20-790
