Section 18VAC10-20-650 - Registration certification

The application shall contain an affidavit by an authorized official in the business entity that the practice of architecture, engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, or interior design to be done by that entity shall be under the direct control and personal supervision of the licensed or certified full-time employees or licensed or certified resident principals identified in the application as responsible persons for the practice. In addition, the licensed or certified employees or principals responsible for the practice shall sign their names indicating that they are responsible persons who are resident, and that they understand and shall comply with all statutes and regulations of the board.
