Section 14VAC5-360-170 - Application of Unfair Trade Practices Act; Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act

A group self-insurance pool shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 5 (§ 38.2-500 et seq.), Unfair Trade Practices, and Chapter 6 (§ 38.2-600 et seq.), Insurance Information and Privacy Protection, of Title 38.2 of the Code of Virginia.
