Section 14VAC5-320-10 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter (14VAC5-320-10 et seq.), is to set forth rules governing reserve standards for accident and sickness insurance policies which the Commission deems necessary to carry out the provisions of §§ 38.2-1311 and 38.2-1314 of the Code of Virginia.
