Section 14VAC5-300-30 - Applicability and scope

This chapter shall apply to all insurers taking credit for reinsurance under the provisions of Article 3.1 (§ 38.2-1316.1 et seq.) of Chapter 13 of Title 38.2 of the Code of Virginia.
