Section 14VAC5-250-110 - Exemption from subsection B of the Act of transactions which need not be reported under subsection A of the Act

Any transaction which has been or shall be exempted from the requirements of subsection A of the Act (Section 38.2-214 of the Code of Virginia) shall, insofar as it is otherwise subject to the provisions of subsection B of the Act, be likewise exempted from subsection B.
