Section 13VAC5-80-130 - Return of certificate

Any Certificate of Accreditation issued to a Code Academy shall be returned to DHCD immediately, by registered mail, for the following:

1. Revocation; or

2. Voluntary closure of institution; or

3. Any other cause deemed sufficient by DHCD.
